What was the highlight of Hotel Aparthotel Augusta
Very good (relative) value
Relatively very good value compared to other places in Barcelona. Though it is quite expensive overall, but everything is quite expensive in Barcelona, especially accommodation. Kitchen in hotel room is also very nice bonus (it is called APARThotel not without reason). Place also was very clean, tidy with lots of amenities.
There weren't any major drawbacks during the stay, everything was good in general, staff was also helpful. Just some minor things: 1) Even though room had coffee pod machine, no coffee pods were provided. 2) Kitchen had almost all basic kitchen tools present, but no solution for drying dishes like drying rack (or we didn't find it?). Paper towels also would be nice. 3) One evening there was no hot water, I understand that maintenance must be done and that is OK, but it would be nice to find a written note beforehand in the room like they did warn about elevator maintenance. 4) Not a drawback, but be aware of location - most likely you will need to walk ~30-50 mins to main Barcelona attractions or study and use a metro system. Again, this is not a drawback, just plan your visit accordingly. Finally, AC solution in rooms looked suspicious - both room used central AC system with very limited temperature control. Even though we have visited mid-May, we got lucky with weather - it was only around 15-17 C outside during nights so AC wasn't needed that much, but I am not sure what would happen during hot nights. Again, this is not a drawback, just an observation/concern.

Super Clean , value for money , good location
Apartment is in very good condition and super clean. Location is also good and easily we can reach to all famous locations. Staff is good and cooperative.

Did exactly what it said on the tin.
If you’re getting the breakfast ask for egg and bacon or any other preference. There was no menu and only we saw another family receiving this we wouldn’t have known it was available.

Very Good
Very clean, spacious, good location. Good service, friendly and comfortable beds.
The bathroom was unfortunately flooding if too much water was used in the shower. It may be worth having a separation between the shower and bathroom to avoid this.
